CURRENT OPENINGS:

 

  • Revit/AutoCAD Drafter  – Openings in both Santa Rosa, CA & Cardiff (San Diego), CA Offices
    • Revit Tech:
      • Proficiency with Revit is required and the ability to create construction documents with little to no direction will be necessary. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of AutoCAD.
    • AutoCAD Tech:
      • Proficiency with AutoCAD is required and the ability to create construction documents with little to no direction will be necessary. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Revit, but is not required.
    • All candidates shall:
      • Minimum 2 years experience with structural or construction engineering drafting necessary.
      • Be dependable, sharp, aware, detail orientated, and able to work at a fast-pace while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor. Have the ability to read plans, learn quickly, adapt to company culture/procedures/standards, multi-task and monitor oneself for quality control. An in-depth knowledge of commonly used drafting concepts, practices, and procedures is expected.
      • Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills are needed as direct communication with one or multiple engineers will be required to complete tasks.
    • This position is a full-time permanent position. We are NOT seeking off-site or contract services.
      • Be prepared to show previous work samples and undergo a drafting test.

  • Associate Engineers
    • Seeking EIT or PE with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in our Northern California office.
      • Must have a BS in Civil Engineering from a 4 year university with an emphasis in structural design or geotechnical engineering.
      • Excellent communication and stress management skills are critical in this fast-paced environment, where engineers are regularly communicating with customers, reviewers and other authorities.
      • Room for advancement as well as opportunities for relocation to current or future office locations.
      • Regular exposure to live construction sites throughout the US for real-time problem solving or post-installation inspection.
